There has been limited research that analyzes quality related events (QREs) in community pharmacies.
We performed a retrospective analysis on medication-related QREs occurring between October 1, 2010 and June 30, 2017; and conducted descriptive analysis on type of incident, discoverer, medication system stages, medications,.. The access to the whole abstract and the presentation file is available to FIP members and to congress participants of that specific congress.
