Non-adherence is common in older adults prescribed multiple medicines (polypharmacy), however previous interventions have shown limited effects. To maximise effectiveness, a complex intervention was systematically developed using existing evidence, theory and patients’ views. The intervention included 11 behaviour change techniques.. The access to the whole abstract and the presentation file is available to FIP members and to congress participants of that specific congress.
