    Background

    Last year NHS 111 (YAS) triaged 1.3 million calls. Of those almost 9500 calls were managed by Pharmacists employed at NHS 111 as part of a multi-disciplinary team.

    Methods

     

    A deep-dive of annual activity (9500 calls) was undertaken to determine the clinical outcomes of pharmacist interventions. 20% of these cases were reviewed
