Aflatoxin-B1 (AFB1) is the major form of mycotoxins produced from specific Aspergillus spp. contaminating human food, herbal medicine and animal feed. This potent toxin enters human food chain and affects health problem. Surveillance of the potentially harmful foodstuff is needed to ensure the good quality. Several techniques have been developed..
