Background: Anaemia, particularly from iron deficiency is common among children in developing countries, due to poor nutrition and high rate of infectious and parasitic diseases. This study was done to determine the prevalence of iron deficiency anaemia in paediatric patients admitted to Agogo Presbyterian hospital from January 6th to February 6th..
