  • Abstract:

    Background

    Fluconazole is used for the treatment of poorly soluble deep-seated mycosis.

    Purpose

    To investigate the pharmaceutical qualities of a preparation of orally disintegrating fluconazole tablets, distributions of fluorine (F) in fluconazole tablets were analyzed by observing microstructures on intact surfaces and fractured cross sections.
