    A pharmacy working group identified activities a CST could undertake. Procedures and competencies were developed. Self-reported baseline time data was collected by the pharmacist for daily activities over 5-days on a Speciality Medicine ward. A CST was then partnered (4hrs/day) with the pharmacist for 4 months.
