    Methods

    To determine the activation of inflammasomes, the degradation of pro-caspase-1 to caspase-1(p10) and the cleavage of pro-IL-1β to IL-1β were analysed by immunoblotting in mouse bone marrow-derived primary macrophages (BMDMs).
