  • Abstract:

    Amiodarone is a common antiarrhythmic drug in the treatment of atrial fibrillation(Af) and is considered with low proarrhythmic effects, although it might markedly prolongs the QT interval. Several factors contribute to the torsade de pointes(TdP) of amiodarone, such as structural heart diseases, electrolyte imbalance, bradycardia and concomitant..
