Aims:To evaluate the metabolic effects and the potential herb-drug interactions for traditional Chinese medicine (TCM). Methods:A cocktail contained with human liver microsome and was consisted of CYP- and UGT-selective probes: ethoxyresorufin (CYP1A2), dextromethophan (CYP2D6), testosterone (CYP3A4), tolbutamide (CYP2C9) and morphine (UGT2B7)...
