Pharmacists in community settings can support patients and public to reduce demand on other services. This can be through health promotion and primary or secondary prevention. Some of these services may be publicly funded and some may be personally funded. Through an understanding of the local population these can be tailored to meet that need... The access to the whole abstract and the presentation file is available to FIP members and to congress participants of that specific congress.
