I would like to talk about the pharmacogenomics and metabolomics approach to find the biomarker of severe adverse drug reaction, such as Stevens-Johnson syndrome. We conducted the Genome Wide Association Study (GWAS) analysis of the genome from the patients of Allopurinol-dependent Stevens-Johnson syndrome, and we found the Single Nucleotide.. The access to the whole abstract and the presentation file is available to FIP members and to congress participants of that specific congress.
