Food is known to have a significant effect on the bioavailability of some oral drugs, but this effect is not generally amenable to quantitative prediction. We will present experimental results indicating the importance of considering concurrent, dynamic processes (e.g., dissolution, precipitation, permeation, lipid digestion, drug partitioning).. The access to the whole abstract and the presentation file is available to FIP members and to congress participants of that specific congress.
