    The cell interior contains a large number of drug targets. Interactions with these proteins are determined by the intracellular unbound drug concentration. In this presentation, I will present a recently published methodology (Mateus et al., Mol Pharmaceutics, 2013; Mateus et al., J Med Chem, 2014) to predict drug access to intracellular targets
