Food effect is a problem for many poorly soluble drugs. Many attempts to identify in vitro models predicting food effect have failed. The Dynamic Gastric model (DGM) is an in vitro model designed to simulate the human stomach with regards to shear forces, pH changes, enzymes and food mixing. The DGM can accommodate meal sizes from a.. The access to the whole abstract and the presentation file is available to FIP members and to congress participants of that specific congress.
