    Backgrounds

    Pemetrexed (PEM) is eliminated by tubular secretion via organic anion transporter 3 (hOAT3), however, no information was available on drug interaction between PEM and proton pump inhibitors (PPIs).

    Aims

    Effect of PPIs on PEM transport by hOAT3 was evaluated in vitro, and the impact of PPIs on hematological toxicity was analyzed
