  • Abstract:

    Backgrounds

    Phenazepam (brom-dihydrochlorphenyl-benzodiazepine) is a very common benzodiazepine drug in post-soviet countries. Although it was introduced in 1970s, there was no significant information about liver metabolism of phenazepam. It was hypothesized, that CYP3A-family enzymes could oxidize it, but the assumption required confirmation.
