  • Abstract:

    Backgrounds

Solid dispersions are a well known formulation strategy to improve drug solubility.

    Aims

Building statistical models that can predicted the stability of a binary solid dispersion. These models can be used to indicate which polymer and processing method is most likely to give a stable solid dispersion for a new drug.

    Methods

    Three polymers
