    Backgrounds

    Low bioavailability problem of most of oral drugs is a challenge for modern pharmaceutics. Applying a “host-guest” complexation approach with natural polysaccharide arabinogalactan (AG) it is possible to increase a bioavailability and reduce therapeutic dose of different modern drugs that could expand and secure their therapeutic usage. ..
