BackgroundsEnoxaparin (EXP) is conventionally administered by injection as this anticoagulant exhibits limited permeation across biological membranes.
AimsThis research explores hydrophobic ion pairing as a novel strategy for augmenting bioavailability of EXP after oral absorption.
MethodsBinding enthalpies of EXP/cetyltrimethylammonium bromide.. The access to the whole abstract and the presentation file is available to FIP members and to congress participants of that specific congress.
