    Resveratrol (RES) is a poor water soluble drug with deprived intrinsic oral permeability, also due to high premature metabolization and to intestinal efflux. Thus, the formulation of resveratrol in a final solid dispersion (SD) may improve the solubility in the gastrointestinal tract.
