Due to the instability, rapid metabolism and low water solubility of curcumin limit the application of curcumin in pharmacueticals and cosmetics industries. Many attempts including nanoparticles, liposome, complexation with cyclodextrin, solid lipid nanoparticle have been investigated. Herein we present a novel design of curcumin..
