BackgroundsNew reliable in vitro techniques that accurately measure drug release from particle-rich solutions are warranted.
AimsIn this work we developed a small scale method suitable for in situ measurement of drug release from complex formulations such as drug-loaded carriers.
MethodsThe µDiss Profiler (pION INC, MA) was used to study drug.. The access to the whole abstract and the presentation file is available to FIP members and to congress participants of that specific congress.
