  • Abstract:

    Poloxamer 407 is a water-soluble polymer, forming thermosensitive gels if used at proper concentrations.

    Topical in-situ gelling formulations containing 17% (w/w) of poloxamer 407 and addition (0,125-0,5%) of three different natural gums (Acacia, Tragacanth and Xanthan gum) were prepared.
