Aim: Nevirapine (NVP) has a main role in HAART regimen. It is useful for both post-exposure prophylaxis
and treatment of infected individuals, also it can reduce the risk of vertical transmission in infants born to infected mothers. Hepatotoxicity is one of the most serious adverse effects of NVP in which treatment discontinuation is..
