Association of pheniramine led to an increase of the well known synergism between acetylsalicylic acid, acetaminophen and caffeine, allowing to obtain similar anti-inflammatory and analgesic effect at doses between one quarter and one half lower than usual. However, the main problem associated with the formulation was related to its reduced..
