    The Johari Window is a 4-quadrant conceptual model devised in 1955 by Joseph Luft and Harry Ingham, intended to illustrate awareness in interpersonal relationships.

    4th year pharmacy students within the context of a module on professional practice modified an exisitng adjective list, then constructed and reflected on their personal Johari windows.
