The Johari Window is a 4-quadrant conceptual model devised in 1955 by Joseph Luft and Harry Ingham, intended to illustrate awareness in interpersonal relationships.
4th year pharmacy students within the context of a module on professional practice modified an exisitng adjective list, then constructed and reflected on their personal Johari windows... The access to the whole abstract and the presentation file is available to FIP members and to congress participants of that specific congress.
