Cardiovascular disease is the most commonly prescribed medications in Malaysia. To date, the published study regarding permissible (halal) status of cardiovascular medications only focused on medicines available at the out-patient pharmacy.
Sources of active pharmaceutical ingredients and excipients for each medication were assessed for permissible.. The access to the whole abstract and the presentation file is available to FIP members and to congress participants of that specific congress.
