  • Abstract:

    Antioxidants are known to be at low concentrations compared to oxidizable substrate and also delay or even inhibit the oxidation of the substrate. 

    Briefly, the phosphomolybdenum complex method consists of 0.3 mL samples (200 µg/ml), adding 3 ml of the reagent (4 mM ammonium molybdate, 28 mM sodium phosphate, 0.6 M sulfuric acid), followed by water
