Aims: The aims of this project are to evaluate and optimize the lines of communications currently implemented at Ballerup Pharmacy.
Description: Ballerup Pharmacy consists of a main unit, 1 subunit and 3 over-the-counter (OTC) units. On average the entire pharmacy service between 1000-1300 people a day. The sheer size of the operation obviously.. The access to the whole abstract and the presentation file is available to FIP members and to congress participants of that specific congress.
