Drug therapy problems (DTP) are prevalent in elderly patients as elderly often take many drugs.
An observational prospective study was conducted in patients admitted to the hospital. The seven categories of DTPs were employed and identified based on the therapy at the discharge and patients’ medical records.
In 30 patients included in the study.. The access to the whole abstract and the presentation file is available to FIP members and to congress participants of that specific congress.
