In septic critically ill paediatrics patients it is a challenge to maintain an effective vancomycin plasma levels.
Ten patients of both genders (8M/2F) were included: 5 (3-11) yrs, medians (quartiles); 18 (16-39) kg; 32 (24-40)% Total Burn Surface Area; 29 (27-40) days in ICU. Agent of the accident was fire; inhalation injury occurred, vasoactive..
