  • Abstract:

    Apples are rich source of compounds which show beneficial health effect on human organism.Wine from apple-cider represent source of polyphenol compound which are important and involved in protection of organism from disease caused by free radicals.

    Determinations of total polyphenol content (TPC) were conducted using Folin-Ciocalteu
