Hypertension affects 65% of the brazilian elderly population. Elderly hypertensive patients often require multiple medications to adequately and appropriately treat their hypertension and associated comorbidities The use of multiple medications may also lead to the use of potentially inappropriate medications (PIMs), which place medication users..
