Contributory factors leading to medicine-related problems in adult patients with cardiovascular diseases and diabetes: A qualitative systematic review

Patients with cardiovascular diseases (CVDs) and diabetes (DM) are more susceptible to medicine-related problems (MRPs) due to certain risk factors such as polypharmacy and comorbidities. The documented risk factors are mainly derived from literature of quantitative nature; whereas, the contributory factors from patients’ perspectives are still..
