According to a prospective analysis of 18 820 patients, 6.5% admission was related to adverse drug reactions(ADR), and 72% was avoidable ADRs (Munir et al., 2004). It was important to set up an automatic warning system avoiding ADR in high risk population.
This retrospective study was collected from the ADR reporting system in regional teaching.. The access to the whole abstract and the presentation file is available to FIP members and to congress participants of that specific congress.
