Streptomyces are well known as one of important industrial microorganisms for their production of naturally derived antibiotics. However, the research of exopolysaccharide(EPS) in Streptomyces was not reported despite of our lab. Streptomyces sp. 139 produces a novel EPS designated Ebosin with remarkable anti-rheumatic arthritis activity in vivo.. The access to the whole abstract and the presentation file is available to FIP members and to congress participants of that specific congress.
