Aims: Drug development is not only costly but also time-consuming, including an investment of about $200 million and extensive pre-clinical characterization and safety documentation of a new drug. However, nuclear imaging using positron emission tomography (PET) can provide PK/PD information in vivo, from animal models to human applications... The access to the whole abstract and the presentation file is available to FIP members and to congress participants of that specific congress.
