  • Abstract:

Aims: Drug development is not only costly but also time-consuming, including an investment of about $200 million and extensive pre-clinical characterization and safety documentation of a new drug. However, nuclear imaging using positron emission tomography (PET) can provide PK/PD information in vivo, from animal models to human applications.
