A high-performance liquid chromatography-electrospray ionization mass spectrometry (HPLC-MS/ESI) method for simultaneous stereoselective analysis of venlafaxine(VEN) and its major metabolite O-desmethylvenlafaxine(ODV) enantiomers in human plasma has been developed and validated.
