  • Abstract:

    We have described the synthesis, antiproliferative activity and SAR of novel heterocyclic ketones by replacing sulfonamide linkage with a carbonyl group in the lead compound 9-Ethyl -N-(3,4,5-trimethoxyphenyl)-carbazole-3-sulfonamide 1.
