Allicin is a monomer compound and the main effective ingredient isolated from garlic. In vitro antibacterial activity of Allicin combined with Cefazolin or Oxacillin against Staphylococci spp. or with Cefoperazone against P. aeruginosa was investigated and the results showed that synergism and additivity of Allicin combined with Cefoperazone..
