Tuberculosis (TB) is one of the major public health problems worldwide. Anti-TB treatment can cure most patients, however, antituberculosis drug-induced hepatitis is one of the most prevalent drug-induced liver injuries. Previous reports have shown that genetic polymorphisms of several genes including N-acetyltransferase 2 (NAT2) and glutathione..
