Among the many stresses faced by pharmacy staff, learning from medication errors can be among the most significant. In the absence of a supportive organizational culture, the potential for blaming individuals, versus identifying process flaws, is significant and may increase work stress.
Questionnaires were mailed to community pharmacists,.. The access to the whole abstract and the presentation file is available to FIP members and to congress participants of that specific congress.
