Collaborative working relationships (CWR) between community pharmacists and physicians may help for the provision of better services for the patients, to detect medication therapy mistakes and to make better choices for the patients benefit.
This study was based on an empirical qualitative method. The data were collected during January- February.. The access to the whole abstract and the presentation file is available to FIP members and to congress participants of that specific congress.
