Fruit and their product are very important in the modern diet since they are rich source of natural compounds which show beneficial health effect on human organism. Berry fruit are especially rich in phenolic compounds which are involve in protection of organism from diseases caused by oxidative stress. Flavans are one of many compounds from it..
