Dietary prevention has been known to reduce breast cancer risk. Sesame seed has numerous beneficial effects for health promotion in humans.
Human breast cancer MCF-7 cells were tested for sesamin effect on cell viability (MTT assay), cell cycle (flow cytometry) and apoptosis (Western blot assay).
Sesamin reduced MCF-7 cells on the cell.. The access to the whole abstract and the presentation file is available to FIP members and to congress participants of that specific congress.
