• Abstract:

  Vancomycin is efficacious for MRSA infection. Due to its nephrotoxicity, however, TDM and dosage adjustment are necessary to prevent ARF. Peak and trough level measurements require blood tests, during which patients may feel some discomfort. Thus, one should only conduct blood tests only when needed to minimise medical resource waste.
