Most infants who are hospitalized in neonatal intensive care unit (NICU) require the pharmaceutical intervention from the view of infection, nutrition, respiration and circulation. Complicated and intensive medication for infants in NICU often induces the errors. In Japan, hospital pharmacists have participated in the appropriate use of medicines..
