  A shared care guideline on the pharmacotherapy management of intravenous (IV) cyclophosphamide for vasculitis patients is available. 

  Patients who were prescribed IV cyclophosphamide since 2010 were identified through clinical pharmacy records and their data assessed for adherence to the local guideline.
