‘Pharmaceutical’ clinical reasoning refers to advanced skills in assessing patients’ symptoms, signs, and clinical data and understanding diagnosis and management. Hospital pharmacists must possess this competency so that they can better perform the critical role of identifying the drug-related problems of patients and supporting physicians’..
